We have an exciting opportunity at Barts Health NHS Trust, within the Cardiac Diagnostics Directorate to join as a Receptionist/Scheduler.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has good interpersonal skills. This is an exciting role, and the successful candidate will be part of a team of various staff cohorts, whilst being a part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder will be required to work on the day-to-day duties of reception to meet and greet patients and schedule diagnostic appointments They will ensure that service requirements are met and National RTT and DM01 targets are adhered to.

The successful candidate will need to be a flexible team player who can manage a varied workload to meet set targets and changing deadlines. They must be able to work within a confidential environment and adhere to Information Governance procedures.
