Receptionist - Volunteer Services (Call-In, Shift Varies)

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greets and directs patients and visitors to the proper locations for services.

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: Standing, sitting, seeing, hearing, speaking, carrying usual weight of 20 pounds; frequent gripping of an object.
• Continuous: carrying weight up to 20 pounds. Frequent: finger dexterity, lifting weight up to 20 pounds.
• Occasional: walking, stooping/bending, reaching below shoulder level.
• Operates, computer, telephone, copier/fax

III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
• Requires access to transportation to assist at multiple clinic sites

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
