Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related).
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and handle work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Admin departments for client concerns or document routing.
- Prepare and encode reports, memos, or correspondence as assigned.
- Assist in administrative duties.
