RequirementsMatric certificate or NC(V) Level 4 certificate in Office Administration, N6 Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Office Administration. At least two (2) years’ work experience/exposure as a switchboard operator or as a Receptionist. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relations, client focus and innovative thinking. Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision. Adherence to Batho Pele principles, telephone etiquette, good interpersonal relations. Computer Literacy (knowledge of MS packages).
