We are seeking a vibrant, organised and tech savvy receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Pawa IT Solutions. In this onsite role, you will manage front desk operations, deliver a professional and welcoming experience to clients, candidates and external stakeholders and provide administrative support to internal teams. Responsibilities 1. Front Desk & Visitor Experience First Impression: Greet clients, candidates and external stakeholders in a warm, professional and welcoming manner. Call Management: Manage the main phone line, screen incoming calls, answer general inquiries and efficiently route complex queries to the correct departments. Visitor Management & Hospitality: Oversee a secure and professional digital visitor sign in process, direct guests to the appropriate meeting rooms, notify internal staff of their arrival and ensure they are comfortable.
