Position: Receptionist location: Bangalore Experience- 1-2 Years Salary: 3-3.5 LPA Key Responsibilities: • Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries. • Coordinate with patients for consultations, follow-ups, and overall assistance. • Handle insurance processes including pre-authorization, billing coordination, and documentation. • Assist in IPD patient coordination, including managing documentation and communication. • Coordinate and accompany patients for external procedures such as PET-CT scans and radiation therapy appointments. • Liaise with hospital staff, doctors, and external centers for smooth patient flow. • Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation related to patients and billing. • Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience at all times.
