About The Role
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team in Edmonton, AB on a Permanent Full Time Basis.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.
- Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
- Maintain and update telephone lists.
- Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
- Manage scanning for electronic mail.
- Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced office
- Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
