Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages to relevant personnel & provide information to callers Update of contact details and send to relevant personnel Greeting of visitors entering the organization & direct the visitors to correct destination Deal with queries from the public and customers Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Prepare correspondence and documents & receive and sort mail and deliveries Schedule & maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically Ensure the tidiness and maintain of the reception area at all times Control and maintain inventory relevant to reception area, office, pantry, HSE (e.g. PPE) etc. Monitor, maintain & order office equipment e.g. computer equipment, stationery, printing, brochures, grocery & toiletry, etc. Assist with travelling booking, including Hotel, Visa, Flight, Taxi, travel insurance, etc. Organize & co-ordinate conference ...
