• Responsible for providing professional, efficient, and effective communication to meet the needs of the customers entering the showroom reception area.
• Greet and offer seats, drinks, refreshments to all incoming customers and guests in the Showroom.
• Welcome and greet all appointments and walk-in customers, in a friendly and professional manner, upon arrival in the Showroom.
• Create a positive first impression and create an engaging work environment.
• Assist every customer and ensure they receive accurate and prompt assistance and/or guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive depending on their needs.
