Our team of experts is looking for a highly organised Receptionist to join the Absolute Pets Support Office Team at our offices in Marconi Beam.

Overview

This will be a full-time, in office position from Monday-Friday with working hours being 08:00-17:00.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the switchboard in an efficient, effective, courteous and prompt manner.
2. Ensure visitors are attended to in a pleasant, professional and friendly manner.
3. Capturing loyalty card information daily.
4. Distribute messages promptly to staff.
