About the Role
As a Receptionist – Bank at Elton House Care Home, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, and to provide a range of administrative services.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirect calls to relevant staff and record messages accordingly.
- Complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
- Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area, liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
