We are recruiting for a self‑motivated and well‑organised individual to join the team at our busy referral practice in Hartford.
Responsibilities
- Handling telephone enquiries from clients and referring veterinary practices
- Arranging referrals, including diary management, liaison with clients, clinical record acquisition, detailing the referral process and handling questions
- Liaising with our clinicians
- Greeting clients at the practice
- Insurance administration
- Processing payments
- Debt management
- Typing of reports and minutes
Previous reception and/or administration experience is essential. We are looking for a caring and confident individual with good people skills and the ability to work well within a multi‑disciplinary team.
