Reception & Guest Experience Manager – Lapland

Kelo Resort is in Enontekiö, Finland, seeking an enthusiastic reception manager to lead daily reception operations and deliver first‑class guest experiences from reservation to departure.

You will drive service quality, coordinate with departments, and help shape new operational processes as the resort opens in 2026. Finnish and English are essential, and MEWS experience is preferred.
