Scope of Work:

• Carry out deep cleaning of the reception area carpet and upholstered furniture at Pinnacle Building.
• Items Included:
  • Carpet – 1 No. (Size: 3.5 m × 2.5 m )
  • 4‑Seater Sofa – 1 No.
  • Single‑Seater Sofas – 2 Nos.
  • Sofa Pillows – 7 Nos.
• Perform dry vacuuming of the carpet and upholstery to remove loose dust, dirt, and debris.
• Apply suitable carpet shampoo using machine scrubbing for deep cleaning.
• Carry out spot treatment to remove stubborn stains from the carpet.
• Extract dirty water using wet vacuum equipment.
• Apply upholstery‑safe cleaning solution to all sofas and pillows.
• Perform machine cleaning and moisture extraction of upholstered furniture using appropriate equipment.
