RECEPCIONIST & GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT
Provide introductory advice and information to individuals and companies contacting Endress+Hauser Mexico, support in coordinating travel, courier, supplies and meeting rooms, as well as support the General Management in all administrative tasks.
Roles & Responsabilities
- Answering calls, visits and channelling them to the appropriate area in order to solve the needs of our internal and external clients.
- Advise on the organisation of domestic travel.
- Logistics of DHL shipments, as well as reception of courier and / or parcels for distribution to recipients.
- Requesting, administering and controlling the use of the pantry and stationery in the offices of Endress+Hauser Mexico for all areas.
- Managing Director's agenda management.
- Coordination of coffee break services for the different meetings, trainings and events.
