Receiving Clerk - DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay (Pre-opening)

As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate receipt of goods that support the hotel’s daily operations. You’ll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying deliveries against purchase orders and supplier documents, ensuring all items meet the required quality, quantity, and specification standards. Working closely with the Purchasing, Stores, Finance, and operational teams, you’ll maintain accurate receiving records, process transactions in hotel systems, and ensure proper documentation for audit and inventory control purposes. Through your attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to operational excellence, you’ll help ensure the hotel receives quality products efficiently while maintaining Hilton’s standards and procedures.
