POSITION SUMMARY

【Purpose of Role】
received goods are of correct in specification, quality and quantity, and matches purchase order.
received beverage and food goods are stored in a hygienic and orderly manner.
user department and Purchasing the status of daily goods received, returned, exchanged, and/or unqualified in timely manner.
te required receiving records for goods received and update GoldenUp Purchasing system where necessary timely.
e for received goods to be stored in storeroom or collected by departments.
ise/ coach Receiver with Level 2 and below on routine jobs.
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
present at B3 loading dock between 0830 – 1730 or 0900 - 1800 (per actual shift arranged) to receive deliveries from suppliers.
received goods specification and quantity matches purchase orders.
e/ test the percentage of ice contained for frozen seafood and ensure to match purchase order(s).
