Detailed Job Responsibilities
- Site Management & Team Leadership: Take full charge of rebar activities. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, handling, and fixing rebars. Efficiently assign daily tasks, ensure a smooth workflow, and achieve production targets.
- Planning: Provided clear technical briefings to the team to guide site operations.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all rebar works, including bar size, spacing, lap length, and concrete cover, fully comply with design requirements. Conduct self-inspections and prepare work for official checks.
- Progress & Material Management: Develop detailed weekly and daily work plans to ensure rebar activities are well-coordinated with other trades (e.g., formwork, concreting) and do not delay the overall project schedule. Manage rebar material delivery, inventory, and usage to minimize waste.
