Summary This position is part of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Contracting and Corporate Services (OCCS). As a Reasonable Accommodation Coordinator, you will be responsible for management, oversight, and policies related to DFC's Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Program. Responsibilities Serve as DFC's principal technical advisor and coordinator for the Reasonable Accommodation program. Provide authoritative advice and guidance to senior leadership, managers, supervisors, employees, applicants, and other stakeholders concerning Federal laws, executive orders, OPM guidance, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)-related requirements, agency directives, and decisions governing reasonable accommodation and disability employment.
