Summary About the Position: Carries out assigned projects with responsibility for providing real estate management advice and resolving a range of complex realty transactions for planning and acquisition activities. Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and assistance on all real estate matters in connection with acquisition of lands, easements, rights-of-way, relocations and disposal areas (LERRD) for cost shared projects. Reviews and approves credit requests and submits to the Chief, Real Estate Division for final approval. Evaluates an array of complex real estate documentation including title documents, appraisal reports, legal descriptions, surveys and environmental reports. Track progress against project schedule to ensure compliance with deadlines while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
