Real Estate Telecaller

We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and highly motivated Real Estate Telecaller to join our property sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, sellers, and investors. Your primary responsibility is to convert raw marketing leads and cold databases into highly qualified appointments for our senior Property Consultants.

To excel in this role, you must be a great conversationalist, quick on your feet to counter objections, and genuinely interested in learning the local property market landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients (leads from property portals like Property Finder/Zillow, social media ads, and databases) to understand their property requirements, budget, timeline, and preferred locations.
