This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, can build rapport quickly, and is motivated by performance-based pay. This person will be the first point of contact with homeowners or clients, reviewing property conditions, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth process throughout. Responsibilities Act as the first contact between homeowners/clients and our company by making 100+ outbound calls per day (500+ weekly) to warm leads, follow-ups.
