Role Overview
We are mandating a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to spearhead our fund operations in Singapore. Anchored by GAYA’s established APAC presence, this role will drive capital deployment, oversee portfolio performance, and manage asset value across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Fund & Portfolio Management : Structure and manage diverse fund vehicles, including project funds and blind-pool funds.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure fund operations and capital deployments comply with MAS guidelines.
