Real Estate Portfolio Manager

The Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Client’s real estate portfolio across the Middle East region. This role ensures strong commercial oversight, governance, and relationship management with landlords and stakeholders while adapting leasing strategies to regional market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and cultural considerations.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English to effectively manage negotiations, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse Middle Eastern markets.

• Manage and maintain an accurate portfolio of lease agreements across multiple Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
• Monitor lease compliance, key terms, and obligations in line with local property laws and practices.
• Provide structured portfolio reporting including rent levels, tenancy terms, and occupancy metrics.
