Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Cold Caller – Direct Hire

I am a Licensed Associate Broker looking for an experienced and highly driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join my team. You will be calling homeowners to identify potential sellers, gauge their interest in the market, and set up listing appointments.

This is a direct-hire position (no agency middleman). You will be working directly with me to grow the business.

Working Hours: Part-time, Monday – Sunday (10AM-2PM) Eastern Standard Time (EST), 5 days Flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective sellers.
• Skillfully handle objections, build rapport, and qualify leads based on motivation and timeline.
• Set qualified appointments for me to follow up on.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes in our CRM (experience with Follow Up Boss is a major plus).
• Follow up with pipeline leads consistently.
