Portal Listing Management; upload, update, and optimize property listings on Bayut and Property Finder ensuring accurate location mapping and compliance with portal guidelines. Credit Data Tracking: maintain structured Excel spreadsheets to track agent credit consumption, lead allocations, and team performance metrics. Agent Calendar Support: assist real estate agents in managing their daily schedules, coordinating property showings, and setting up client appointments. Communication & Customer Service: handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients and vendors with excellent customer service, drafting clear professional business correspondence.
