We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney / Associate with strong experience in commercial real estate transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate financings, foreclosures, troubled debt restructurings, joint ventures, and title, survey, environmental, and land use matters .

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transaction documents
• Advise clients on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
