Real Estate And Facility Specialist (Acueducto)

The position
is responsible for administering, supervising and managing external services in the GFE-Real Estate Facilities area.
This includes ensuring the proper cleaning of productive areas in the plants, guaranteeing operational continuity according to Boehringer Ingelheim standards.
Additionally, it involves managing the quality of employee transportation, ensuring appropriate routes, schedules, cleanliness and safety, thereby facilitating the opening and closing of productive shifts.
The role also includes administering the switchboard service, ensuring its continuity, updates and conducting periodic audits.
Tasks and responsibilities
Ensure that external service providers comply with the necessary procedures and requirements to perform their activities on‐site in accordance with GMP regulations.
