Responsibilities

• Deliver Ready Mix Concrete to job sites, homeowners, and industry clients as a primary day-to-day responsibility.
• Manage customer relationships with a friendly, professional service mindset to ensure high-quality delivery and product experience.
• Maintain equipment through daily pre- and post-trip inspections; keep equipment clean inside and out.
• Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers in the assigned geography and own their satisfaction at all times.
• Provide consistent and reliable customer service through delivery, ensuring a positive, hassle-free experience.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Operations teams, and fellow operators.
