Responsibilities
Provide effective and efficient laboratory, training, administration and reporting for the BioBRU research group and for the Chair in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures. Procure, place orders and monitor the receipt of laboratory goods; oversee the PMP programme for laboratory equipment; and ensure researchers adhere to good laboratory practices and biosafety guidelines. Provide efficient and effective support to a large research group, including multiple researchers, postdocs and postgraduate students. Support training in core laboratory techniques and contribute to data collection to support outputs.
