Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive OT Advice and Wellbeing Hub on a 5-month locum contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT with extensive experience in major adaptations who is passionate about helping people remain safe, independent, and well in their own homes.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive assessments, undertaking home visits, and producing detailed recommendations and specifications for major adaptation schemes across Reading Borough Council properties.

Working collaboratively with Housing colleagues, surveyors, and other professionals, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred housing solutions that promote independence and improve quality of life.<...
