Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting production troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
- Providing technical support to customers, including product applications, RMPS, and customer complaint investigations.
- Participating in new product development and product improvement projects.
- Preparing samples for customers and the Sales team.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment, quality records, and calibration activities.
- Supporting the sourcing and implementation of new laboratory equipment and methodologies.
- Assisting in maintaining the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) and safety management system within the R&D department.
