We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated R&D Technician to support Product Development activities within the Citrus Lab. The technician will assist in the preparation, testing, and evaluation of beverage and beverage concentrate batches to support new product development, brand maintenance, and related R&D initiatives. Responsibilities: Prepare beverage and beverage concentrate samples accurately for bench-top experiments and product development activities. Support pilot plant operations including scheduling, execution, product packing, labeling, and shipping. Conduct bench-top batch preparation and assist in pilot plant trials.
