Job Description

- Support the R&D Manager in coordinating, planning, and managing research and development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the R&D team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and achieve established objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for new product development and improve existing products.
- Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to guide R&D strategies and innovation efforts.
