Novugen, located in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is on the lookout for a Manager of Strategic Sourcing (R&D) to bridge innovation and execution. The role entails leading procurement for APIs and excipients as part of our New Product Development pipeline, optimizing costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in pharmaceutical R&D sourcing, capable of driving initiatives for cost savings while navigating regulatory requirements. Proficiency in SAP and strong negotiation skills are a must.
