R&D Project Lead

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Executes multi-disciplinary projects, independently managing innovation projects, and ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
* Prepares and implements complex projects within agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, and staffing, managing a project team as part of a larger initiative to deliver key parts of a main end-to-end process.
* Executes improvement projects, resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods initiating change and driving improvements within the discipline, working under limited supervision.
