Responsibilities
- Design portions of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established engineering principles and specifications.
- Perform test and troubleshooting to debug defective hardware/ electronic units, sub-assemblies, and process steps according to established testing plans.
- Validate tolerances, form/fit/function characteristics, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
- Implement remediations across the hardware stack according to plan, while keeping a thorough procedural record and data log.
- Develop and publish updates on resolutions, communicating findings internally and summarizing all results.
- Exercise technical judgement, creativity, and initiative with consistent attention to detail throughout work output.
