Ega is seeking a senior leader to direct its Alloy & Process Development function across four specialized teams. The role spans from early computational research to production-ready validation in real customer parts, with accountability for de-risking and delivering proven alloys for commercial deployment.

Responsibilities include setting the R&D strategy, guiding alloy development through lab to shop floor, managing budgets, and driving Emiratisation initiatives in the UAE.
