R&D Bunch Analysis Lead

FGV Holdings is seeking a Research Conductor to monitor bunch analysis sampling activities for breeding trials and manage health and safety protocols. You will supervise field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assist in the selection of quality planting materials.

A diploma in Plantation/Agricultural or a related field and 2–3 years of supervisory experience are required. You should have strong knowledge of plantation operations, especially in palm oil, and excellent communication skills.
