As an RCM Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert in condition monitoring (CM) technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance to the reliability team.
Primary Job Functions:
Lead and mentor a team of reliability analysts, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and technical skills development. Develop and implement comprehensive condition monitoring programs tailored to the specific needs of our organization and equipment assets. Utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools to assess the integrity and performance of critical components across multiple CM areas.
