You are an engineertechnologist with leadership experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing operation. You have a proven track record and a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement. You enjoy a challenge and have the energy and vision to recognize and implement improvement opportunities both independently and as part of a team with members of all levels of an organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable identifying and implementing improvements in Process equipment throughput, quality, safety and efficiency

  • Working closely with operational personnel to understand problems, perform troubleshooting and develop solutions together

  • Use strong continuous improvement skills to enhance system reliability and identify/implement productivity and cost improvements including new technologies.
