Position Overview
StaffPoint seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for Lapland Hotels SnowVillage for the winter season .
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth service for guests during the winter season.
- Update and manage work schedules.
- Oversee inventory management and monthly stocktaking.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Start date: 23 November 2026.
- End date: approximately 4 April 2027.
- Full-time hours: 112.5 hours per 3-week period.
Qualifications
- Education and experience in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Fluent in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Holding serving and hygiene certificates.
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable salary based on experience, at least according to Marava TES + supplements.
