Ranger Apprenticeship & Training Lead

Enviro-dynamics delivers the Derwent Catchment Project (DCP), a landscape-scale initiative coordinating practical nature repair and catchment management activities across the Central Highlands, Derwent Valley and Brighton municipalities. We are seeking a capable and proactive Ranger Apprenticeship & Training Lead to coordinate and deliver a structured training and development program for Rangers participating in a national Nature Repair Pilot. This role will work closely with project staff, technical specialists, training providers and industry partners to create meaningful learning opportunities that build practical skills, qualifications and career pathways in conservation, restoration and land management.
