Job Summary

We are looking for several construction workers for long‑term factory projects in Kotka and the Kymenlaakso area. The role involves supporting construction tasks on the factory site, including installing insulation, scaffolding, and protection, making penetrations, installing doors, and surface finishing.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation, scaffolding, and protection materials.
• Make penetrations and install doors.
• Perform surface finishing tasks.
• Use tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a high work ethic, work independently, and ensure quality of work.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level experience in construction with exposure to different work phases.
• Valid professional safety card (or ability to obtain one before starting work).
• Good Finnish language skills (Finnish is the working language).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
