Rail HRBP Senior Manager - People Strategy & Leadership

SMRT Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP Rail to partner with business leaders across the Rail Maintenance Group and Rail Plans Group to design and implement people strategies that support organisational effectiveness and business performance.

You will provide leadership to the HRBP team, drive high-quality HR partnership across the portfolio, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring compliance and workforce excellence.
