**Compensation**:Hourly wage based on experience in the position, education level, and language proficiency.

**Job Role**:
**You will guide safe river trips on up to Grade III & IV whitewater.**
**This person must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to deliver high levels of customer service, have excellent group management skills, be a strong critical thinker, and have the ability to problem-solve. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in tailoring trips to suit individual needs, abilities and expectations.**
