Opportunity:

Physician - Radiology - Interventional


Job Details:

  • Provide interventional radiology locum coverage with general IR experience required

  • 8-hour day shifts generally between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with evening call from 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM

  • 24-hour call coverage required on weekends

  • Stroke thrombectomy capability preferred but not required; general IR procedures are the primary requirement

  • No diagnostic reading required between IR cases

  • Average of 10-15 procedures performed during an 8-hour on-site day shift

  • Call back during weekday and weekend shifts typically only required for emergencies

  • Required procedures include: diagnostic and therapeutic vascular intervention, angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolytic therapy, embolization therapy, vascular access devices/PICCs, central lines, port-a-cath insertions, IVC filters, ...
