Radiological Technician (Lead)-Mount Sinai West- Monday- Friday 4pm-12am

**Job Description**

To perform radiographic examinations on patients referred by physicians in accordance with Radiology protocols.

**Qualifications**

+ High school graduate. Graduate from an accredited program in radiological technology.
+ Minimum of five years as radiological technologist.
+ New York State License; ARRT Certification.

**Responsibilities**

1. Performs Specialized procedures.
2. Performs CT Scan procedures.
3. Operates all radiographic imaging equipment associated with Special Procedures, Computed Tomography, and General Diagnostic, including but not limited to image intensifiers, monitors, injectors, and angiographic tables.
4. Applies the necessary technical judgment to obtain studies of an acceptable diagnostic quality according to written protocols and the patient’s needs.
5. Provides Leadership and direction to support personnel in the absence of a supervisor.
