This position delivers Radiation Therapy to patients and performs related duties in accordance with the prescription and instruction by the Radiation Oncologists. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications:
+ Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
+ ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
+ Eligible to take ARRT certification exam and must successfully obtain ARRT certification within six (6) months of hire.
+ RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
