**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated Rack Operator to support our production operations by prepping pellets, performing data entry, meeting daily quotas, and maintaining high-quality standards.
**Schedule:**

+ Full-time, First Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
+ Possible overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as required to meet production deadlines

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Align parts in fixtures and clip them in place.
+ Deburr parts using various brushes to sweep off loose powder.
+ Load parts into hangers for furnace processing.
+ Utilize basic computer skills to navigate and enter data into production systems, track progress, document results, and communicate with team members.
+ Ensure the quality of parts through visual inspection.
+ Maintain strong sustained attention and concentration on complex tasks for extended periods.
